How long does it take to repair your device
Most iPhone and iPad repairs can be done same day depending on drop off time. Macbook, data recovery and other devices can take longer but we try to start same day as drop off.
What guarantee will be provided
Screen and mobile device component repairs (glass, LCD, dock etc) come with a 6 month warranty assuming no further damage to device. For software issues generally 3 months. Other device is generally 3 months depending on the service completed.
What is included in the screen repair
Depending on the model a screen repair will be just the glass or the LCD as well. To get a factory like repair, newer iPhones and iPads are the entire front assembly so glass, LCD, touch component, and cables. This gives a much longer repair than other places who do just the glass.
How do you know if you need the LCD repair
Generally newer devices are LCD as well as glass. If you see any black bleeding on the glass or vertical lines, this indicates a broken LCD. Generally if the LCD is broken the glass is cracked anyway which is why we provide factory Glass and LCD sealed parts.
Do I need to make a booking
Walk in service is available Monday through Friday for optimal service for same day repairs this is sometimes better to book ahead.
